DENIC Services GmbH & Co. KG does not participate in dispute settlement procedures before a consumer arbitration board.

In accordance with Directive 2013/11/EU, the EU Commission has set up an internet platform for the online settlement of disputes between entrepreneurs and consumers (OS platform). The OS platform can be reached at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. DENIC Services GmbH & Co. KG is currently not participating in the dispute resolution procedures offered on the OS platform.
